Commissioner Musa, Kemal, and Ekrem arrive at Ayfer's brothel after receiving a report of a murder. A man has been killed. Shortly thereafter, Commissioner Musa is murdered by a killer named Orhan. Orhan works for a very famous businessman named Şahmat. Commissioner Musa and Kemal attempt to apprehend Orhan and bring Şahmat to justice.

Murat works as an ambulance driver at a hospital. However, the money he earns is not enough to support his family. A lawyer named Turhan offers Murat to commit a robbery together. Murat accepts because he needs the money. They carry out the robbery, but Turhan does not keep his word. After the robbery, he kills everyone and escapes with the money. Murat is seriously injured and arrested by the police. Turhan learns that Murat is still alive. He wants to prevent Murat from testifying in court.
