In 1970, Tahar, a young Tunisian, travels to France for the first time to help his older brother, who is wrongly accused of murder and incarcerated in Paris. He first stops in Marseille, where he meets Tunisians very different from those familiar to him; enigmatic French people; and a strange atmosphere that makes him doubt his brother’s innocence, his own innocence and his own mental integrity.

Two Kinder-Bueno sellers walk through the parking lot with their merchandise in their pockets. They enter a block of flats and are stopped by two police officers who chase them. A race ensues, followed by shouts of laughter. The vendors find refuge in a church cinema where they meet a lawyer and a teacher…

Roikin is a child from Marseille. When he is sent to a rehabilitation center, his three educators accompany him during this disconcerting change of scenery. Searching for his place, Roikin runs away and meets a young rider. As they search for him, the three young women question themselves about his future and their role in the path he will choose to take.

A star descending from the sky via the elevator of one of the neighborhood's towers, a stroll on the planet Marseille, two stars trying to return to the sky using balloons, the mother star finding herself in a 5-star hotel! And the choice of whether or not to stay on this strange planet...
