Malaiyoor Mambattiyan is the story of a group of youngsters in the village headed by Mambattiyan, who lead the life in a forest by robbing the rich and distributing the wealth to the poor; thus Mambattiyan becomes the local Robin Hood.

A village love story

Nadimuthu's accomplice, Rajalingam, attacks him and tries to usurp the treasure they found. However, Nadimuthu saves himself and runs away with Rajalingam's son.
