Jyoti Shinde lives a middle-classed lifestyle in Pune along with her parents. . While in college, she was friendly with a fellow-collegian, Sachin Mhatre. Afer college they parted but meet again after five years, and fall in love. Sachin tells her that he is a computer engineer, and she invites him and three of his friends, Bantu, Akki, and Bholu, to her 20th birthday party.

The movie is a salute to the spirit of Mumbai and World Humanity. The Natural catastrophe which destructed many lives of People and Property and laid the bare fact that nobody is above the nature.
