Director Richard Parry's gripping, in-the-trenches documentary chronicles the experiences of freelance war photographer Robert King, from his early years in Bosnia, to his groundbreaking work in Chechnya and contemporary coverage in Iraq. Fifteen years in the making, the film tracks King's transformation from a naïve twentysomething set on winning a Pulitzer Prize to an accomplished and wise war photographer.

1949: When a scientist discovers his worst fears have come true - that horrifying elder beings from another dimension are using cults on Earth to facilitate their enslavement of humanity - he assembles former comrades, associates, and even old enemies in order to combat the menace. Alongside him fight his former assistant, granted superhuman powers, as well as a Canadian soldier, a Russian soldier, an American mobster, a Spanish anarchist, and a jaded beat cop. Against them are arrayed a host of grotesque extra-dimensional creatures, and the mutated human leader of their cult. The film follows a writer's unwitting discovery of the history and secret efforts of a cult in Victoria, Canada that has been engaged in a 60 year effort to open a portal between our world and another, letting in a host of vicious inter-dimensional beings. The city of Victoria was rumored in the 1980's to be the second worldwide 'capital of Satanism' after Geneva, Switzerland. Dark Paradox explores the idea that this myth was not only partially true but also partially inaccurate in suggesting the cult activity was 'Satanic' when in fact it was based on the worship of ancient extraterrestrial 'elder gods' in the vein of HP Lovecraft's fiction.

More than a year after the events of Meat Market, the few survivors, Argenta, Nemesis, and others, struggle for survival against the undead in the ruins of what was once society. In their search for a safe haven they come across what appears to be the last refuge of humanity - a fortified compound run by former motivational speaker Bill Wilhelm and his cult of heavily armed fanatics. But when Argenta is subjected to indoctrination techniques and her comrades imprisoned, she begins to suspect that deep within the compound, more is going on than a simple attempt to rebuild...that Bill and his followers have more than one use for the living and the undead alike...

Coming Attractions is a short film consisting of 4 interlinked fake movie trailers, each done in a different style. The first, 'The Restaurateur' is the story of a restaurant owner forced to return to a life of crime. The second, 'V-Squad' follows a quintet of sexy female assassins recruited by a government agency to battle organized crime. The third, 'La Venganza del Diablo Azul' features the luchador El Diablo Azul revived from the dead to seek revenge against those who murdered his family, and the fourth and final trailer, 'V-Squad Part 2' returns to the V-Squad as they face an army of vicious extra-terrestrial mutants.
