Jussi is on the verge of burnout seeks new energy through a very special form of self-help therapy. Jussi’s young and athletic supervisor Aleksi takes Jussi to a remote bog and instructs him on a series of exercises meant to conjure up their ‘primitive side’.

In the film, we follow stories from the women's locker room to the pool, highlighting the experiences of different generations and the body image challenges they face, reflecting the trauma passed down from one generation to the next.

The protagonist has no luck with animals. Each of her pets would leave her soon after they came to live under her roof.
