Pherg, the renowned leader of a famous gang of armed thieves, returns to his home town on a quest for revenge. Years earlier Pherg's father was killed by Sergeant Tom, a corrupt former cop turned arms dealer, extortionist and all around Mafioso and Pherg was forced to flee for his life but he goes back now to set things right.

The mission to disguise himself as Suea Phuek Chumphae (Sombat) successfully quelled various illegal influences in Chum Phae district, and Phuek proudly ascended to the position of district chief. The path seemed smooth, but when "Thung Lui Lai" fell into a state of turmoil and the authorities could no longer maintain order, Phuek Chum Phae was forced to return to his life as a bandit catching bandits once again. But what obstacles will Phuek Chum Phae face this time? Who will join him in dismantling these illegal influences?
