Majda is a musician and a zither instructor, who has been living a happy and quiet life with her husband, who runs a restaurant. However, the winds of treachery and infidelity threaten to blow her quiet home when an old lover appears.

Three unemployed university graduates—M'Faddal, Abdelhamid, and Abdeslam—who struggle to find work and face harsh economic realities before considering drastic choices like illegal emigration.
