Chica Xavier’s life was shaped by love, axé, the performing arts, and education. Directed by her youngest son, this documentary offers an intimate portrait of the great Bahian actress, a daughter of Oyá whose life transformed countless others, both on and off screen, leaving behind a legacy of love.

Inspired by the memories of Walter Lima Jr., this film traces the history of Brazilian cinema through the many adaptations (both completed and abandoned) of Inocência, a classic of Brazilian literature.
