This is a story about two athletes who are sent to train in the Altai Mountains. Now all they have ahead of them is life in spartan conditions and grueling training... This is an ironic sketch about a weekend day at the dacha. The characters, instead of the usual alcoholic feast, opt for active recreation and strength training: instead of a hangover, they have muscle pain; instead of glasses, they have weights and pull‑up bars.

All fathers want to be with their children, but they may do so in different ways.

The gangsters decided to eliminate one of their business partners, but they didn’t know that he was a former mercenary. They sent a hitman to him, but he failed in his mission and ended up as a hostage himself. The gangsters start trying to get their comrade out of trouble, and one by one they end up in the hands of the enraged mercenary.
