The story tells of two parallel lives, in which the main character is forced, for one reason or another, to lead a double life. During the day, she is quiet and unassuming, and at night she becomes a participant in an erotic video chat.

Alina had everything a university graduate could dream of — her own apartment, a loving boyfriend, and good job prospects. But after her friend died of breast cancer, Alina began to seriously consider the scale of this disease. A chance acquaintance she met at dance lessons suggests she get a doctor’s check‑up...A few days later, this chance acquaintance would become the dearest person in her life.

Two girls come to the beauty salon on a day off, an hour before it opens. Trying to pass the time, they start a conversation with the administrator about their problems in their personal lives, not realizing what conclusions they will have to draw by the end of this meeting.

The young man Misha comes to Moscow to gather new material for his article. He remembers that he left his first love here and decides to visit her. But she is no longer in her former apartment. Now he has two missions: to find the drug addict Som for a new article, and to find Ira. Using his memories and interviews with people, he reconstructs the chain of events in Ira’s life, from the time he left until the last moment. And when Misha finds that drug addict—Som—he realizes that he’s connected to Ira, and, moreover, to Misha himself...
