Documentary directed by Liliane Blaser about the social uprising known as the Caracazo, which erupted in Venezuela on 27 February 1989 and ended with the massacre of between 2000 to 3000 people.

Seeking to understand the suffering of the Palestinian people, the film revisits the key historical moments that gave rise to a wound in a land arbitrarily and increasingly occupied by the State of Israel since 1947.

It reflects the struggles of the people of Caracas during the years 1992-1993 to achieve the resignation of Carlos Andrés Pérez, after the military rebellion of February 4.
