The story of Stan, an orphaned teenager stuck living with his abusive grandfather and tasked with routinely protecting his best friend from high school bullies. When Stan discovers a murderous creature has taken refuge inside the tool shed in his backyard, he tries to secretly battle the demon alone until his bullied friend discovers the creature and has a far more sinister plan in mind.

The film portrays life of New York City's Lower East Side inhabitants. Introvert therapist Betty is befriended with Chinese immigrant Lu Lu, leftist radical Che is also Lu Lu's friend. Italian immigrant and wife of supervisor of building where they all live, Marta, is having an affair with her neighbour Frankie who likes scams. One of his scams goes terribly wrong.

Local teens have long commemorated the death of 'Mary Hatchet' - a girl who took an ax and killed her family in the 1970s - with the aptly named Blood Night. But things never got truly bloody until Mary's ghost decided to make an appearance. Dead bodies are piling up, and Mary seems to be calling the shots. But there are secrets about her past that have yet to be uncovered.

It's all Hallow's Eve, and geeky Steve and his buddy Cutter are holding a seance in the local cemetery. While foolishly messing with the dark forces of nature, they summon the soul of an ancient demon that possesses their Jack O' Lantern and goes on a carnivorous rampage. As the demonic pumpkin terrorizes the entire town, it grows larger and larger with every human soul it consumes! Now it is up to Steve to stop the monster pumpkin before it destroys his town and devours the woman he loves!

An all girls slumber party is invaded by turn of the century trick 'r treaters from beyond the grave at the behest of a vengeful witch.

On Halloween, four twenty-something kids venture into the dilapidated home of a neighborhood legend, known only as "Old Lady Death" - only to discover that there's a very real side to this local tall tale.
