After losing her father in a tragic fire, 10-year-old Risa discovers a decommissioned payphone that allows her to speak to the dead. Each of them has a wish, a request, something to resolve. If Risa helps them with their unfinished business in the world of the living, they will allow her to fulfill her impossible wish: to speak to her father one last time.
