Gaspar is a young man who, on an ordinary day, hears a mysterious voice calling to him from inside the bidet in his house. Intrigued, he becomes obsessed with discovering the source of the voice—until he decides to climb inside the bidet himself. This leads him to an underground world where he meets the Lady of the Pipes, a peculiar figure who controls the flow of water.

Ituzaingó's peace is shattered when a real estate agent plans to demolish the neighborhood's famous monument replicas to make way for modern towers. Faced with the threat of losing their heritage, the neighbors must unite in a daring plan to defend the identity of their streets.

What starts as a social event gradually spirals into chaos: the presence of a congressman accused of corruption, knives, and an angry neighbor bursting in with insults and inappropriate comments turn the coverage into an increasingly absurd spectacle.

At dawn, Osvaldo, a maintenance worker, carries out cleaning tasks along the riverbank. Among the debris, he finds peculiar objects, which he carefully sets aside in a separate bag. Later, sitting by the water, he examines and draws the ones he finds most interesting—an activity he practices daily during the short break he gets from work.
