When a tribal lady gives birth to a baby boy after her lover abandons her, her family throws the baby into a river. However, he is saved by a fisherman and years later, he decides to find his parents.

After losing her parents in an accident at a young age, Sudha is adopted by her father's friend. She becomes a lawyer and takes up a special interest in a case that involves Jimmy, a do-gooder.
