Haunted by the early loss of her son, Neta struggles to find peace while working as a housekeeper on a remote farm with her husband, Nelson. When the landowners arrive for the weekend, her buried pain is reawakened and ignites a spiral of revenge, leading to an inevitable confrontation between grief, power, and justice.

The rural community of Sítio Ambé is preparing for the traditional St. John's festivities, but the atmosphere that should be one of joy and devotion is surrounded by tension due to the imminent conflict over land. Inalda, a community leader, draws on ancestral knowledge to defend her people from an unexpected attack that comes from the skies.
