After the Spanish Civil War, Carmela joins the militias alongside thousands of other women. Her struggle is twofold: to confront fascism and defend the freedoms won during the Second Republic. In combat, a homemade grenade amputates the hand with which she had held her ideals and her weapon in defense of her rights.

Daydreaming of unlikely relationships, the flower, as delicate as it is revolutionary, represents an act of love in the midst of the suffocation and embrace of a classic Portuguese neighborhood.

When a squirrel finds herself surrounded by rats, she must set aside her prejudices to escape. Along the way, she discovers that the differences between these two kinds of rodents go no further than a few hairs on the tail.

Three friends begin their first experience as independent adults. As they sign the rent contract, they sell their souls to their situation. The three flatmates celebrate, optimist, their new life stage, with begins with ingenuity, good vibes and some savings. This happiness continues when one of them is named "employee of the month". At this point, the young adults forget their new responsibilities, making them lose their jobs and realise they should have read the terms and conditions of the adult world with more attention.
