The world has been ravaged by nuclear war. The planet is frozen and radiation kills anyone or anything that ventures outside of 'The Dome'. Soft is a shepherd for the last remnants of humanity who have gathered together as they await rescue from a mysterious craft known only as 'The Ark.' He wanders among the masses, performing his regular daily tasks; keeping morale from plummeting, wooing prostitutes, squashing rebellions, and sometimes feeding the hungry. But as the true and sinister nature of 'The Dome' comes to light, Soft must ask himself if humanity is worth saving...

A sociologist nearing middle-aged returns to Poland after several years of giving lectures abroad. The changing economy of the country and business successes of the people around him inspire him to venture out into the deep and unpredictable world of capitalism himself.

The story is a duel between criminal-on- the-run and the cop who put him behind the bars the first time around.

The end of the 70s of the last century. A team of surveyors goes to a small provincial town. Magister ( Jan Nowicki ) and the experts accompanying him plan to build a new road in the vicinity. The geodesists' projects arouse the indignation of one of the local farmers, Biernacki ( Wiesław Gołas ). The envisaged route is to run through the land belonging to it. To save his patrimony, Biernacki is ready to pay a bribe. The dispute between the host and the surveyors is cruelly resolved in front of the party dignitaries participating in the nearby banquet. Jerzy Gruza's painting is a sharp satire of manners, criticizing social relations from the end of the Gierek era.

A coal mine director invites Jacob, a TV series star, to add splendor to the celebration of St. Barbara's Day, the patroness of miners. Basia, a worker from the sorting department, is chosen to hand Jakub the welcoming loaf of bread. The two completely different worlds come together: flashy, success oriented strangers from Warsaw and traditional, modest and unwilling to change Silesians.

The Stal sports club from Tczew has acquired a new player. He is a black basketball player. Unfortunately, the plane with Abraham lands in Gdańsk, not in Warsaw, where he is expected. The boy tries to get to Tczew on his own. Meanwhile, the welcoming delegation mistakes another black man for the basketball player and takes him to Tczew. When the mistake comes to light, everyone sets out to find Abraham. Eventually, the basketball player finds his way to his club. But a rival club is also interested in him and tries to sign him at any cost. Meanwhile, Abraham meets the daughter of the owner of Stal, Monika, and falls in love with her.

Tomek comes from the so-called good family. However, she cannot find a common language with her parents. They are not very interested in what their child is doing. Tomek falls in love with nurse Ania, who becomes pregnant. He is friends with Mariusz, who is a member of his team. Mariusz lives in an orphanage. There he has problems with a certain drug addict. Tomek wants to help him, but his parents don't like it. They want Tomek to break off contacts with Ania and Mariusz. They believe that this is not company for their son.

Kinga, a divorced woman raising her daughter Emilka, decides to change her professional life and start writing a book. Personal matters and problems with finding common ground with her child, however, throw her off balance.

The protagonist of the film is Wojtek, who works in finding amber. One day, someone attacks him and steals a whole bag of them. Wojtek decides to find the attacker. However, it is going to be very dangerous.

After being transferred to a new position, the young doctor becomes the target of harassment by her colleagues.

Kazimierz Lipecki lives in a small town, with his three children. The mother died during childbirth, the youngest, a four-year-old girl, did not develop normally. When the grandmother, the pillar of home life, is also gone, Kazimierz Lipecki and his two older children, thirteen-year-old Łukasz and eleven-year-old Ula, start a desperate fight to defend simple, superior values - mutual love and family bonds.

The film follows their romance, Barbara’s untimely death, and her posthumous return to Vilnius, framed through the king’s memories of his beloved queen.

Izabella, a beautiful young woman, works at her aunt’s shop in a small town in Poland. She uses her hands to create unique small objects for the shop, but in the night she has the strange habit to feed bats.
