Jim Henson's team of writers began with Jerry Juhl, and he was joined by Jack Burns in penning the script for THE MUPPET MOVIE. When mixed with the soundtrack by Paul Williams and Kenny Ascher, it has become a well-loved classic.

Muppets scribe JERRY JUHL was inspired by CHARLES DICKENS’ classic holiday tale to take the gang to merry old London in the 1800’s, in their first movie without creator JIM HENSON, directed by his son, BRIAN HENSON. The movie featured the return of maestro PAUL WILLIAMS to craft a soundtrack that is just as timeless as Dickens’s original novel.
