In 1950s England, sailor Harold Guppy arrives in a small seaside town looking for his estranged brother. After a brief reunion, Harold finds a room for rent in the house of Mrs. Beasley, her meek husband and their teenage daughter, Joyce. The story revolves around Gulaab Bibi (Saima), a village belle who falls in love with an army officer Shahnawaz (Moammar Rana) who is posted in her village along the Pakistan-India border. Shahnawaz hails from a well-off wadera family. His family consist of his brothers and sisters in law. They hope to get him married off to the sister, played by actress Aleena, of one of the babhis. They are not pleased when Shahnawaz brings his newlywed bride, Gulaab to the haveli.

Sherlock Holmes is awakened in modern times with a tale that he had invented a method of suspended animation that he had utilized on himself. Awakened by an earthquake, he is helped by Amy Winslow, who lives at 1994 Baker Street in San Francisco. There he is joined by a new group of Baker Street Irregulars led by Zapper. His battles lead him to the evil Moriarty clan led by James Moriarty Booth.
