Judge Eduardo Cruz enjoys the company of some friends and tells an ancient story of Damasceno's passion for Lucinda. The two were in a restaurant when Lucinda's husband, upon returning to the table, caught Damasceno touching his wife's hand. Lucinda was not seen in town after that day.

The documentary features José Mojica Marins in Brasília and his resistance against the military dictatorship (1964–1985). It also explores his encounters with death, the success of Coffin Joe, and his struggle to make a living in the film industry.
