Mai Kuraishi was attacked by two young men on the banks of the Chikuma River. They see her face and try to strangle her to death, but she is saved by Ota, who was just passing by in his car, and takes her home. When Mai's helpers jump out at Mai's strange behavior, she takes her in their arms. When Ota is surprised at how big Mai's house is, the people come out and thank her and ask her name, so Ota gives her his business card.

Since Kumiko was appointed as a section manager, KS Corporation has been doing well. Because of this, the company president, Sano, seems small in front of Kumiko. One night, on her way home, Kumiko notices a man following her, and she takes him into a public toilet and indulges in lewd acts. In the middle of this, she sees someone peeking at her through the mirror. Kumiko leaves as if nothing happened, but inside she is not at peace. The next day, it is the man she had been peeking at, Yuta, who comes to her company interview.

Sonomi has had some worries recently. Her only daughter Yui is dating a man named Nobuyuki, who is after her fortune. When she consults her lesbian partner Hikaru, she is also after his money. Sonomi asks Hikaru to seduce her daughter, saying that once she gets to know women, she won't care about men anymore. When they are introduced, Yui berates her mother for her promiscuity, but her words fall flat on Sonomi. Angered by the sabotage, Nobuyuki forces himself on Sonomi.
