This is the story of Fatima and Diego, siblings who have been left alone and live in a pre-apocalyptic world due to water scarcity, where only the wealthy have access to it.

When the authorities failed to help him out, a musician tries to find the thieves who stole his money creating the hashtag #Rats. This leads to people trying to find their own robbers and seek for justice on their own with the aid of social media.
