Eduardo and Marla share a teenage romance that is interrupted when Marla's father moves her to South Korea. A cinematic correspondence emerges between the two from afar. Years later, Marla returns, only to vanish on a trip through the north of Peru - forcing Eduardo to embark on a pilgrimage to find her.

A couple receives an unexpected visit while trying to pay off a debt that threatens to take away the "child" they have cared for throughout their relationship.
