Karayr is a philosophical post-apocalyptic tale set after a biological war that has regressed humanity to its primitive form. A Man in the cave, a lone survivor, tries to civilize a caveman attempting to restore humanity.

When As’ad, a 12-year-old rubbish picker, adopts an American sex doll from the Baghdad dumps, he crosses into a perilous red zone, finding himself caught in the crossfire between abusive forces of commercialism and fundamentalism in a world where defenders of humanism have lost their power. He embraces the courage it takes to not just survive, but live.

A pizza shop owner, who is going through a bad custody agreement with his ex-wife, loses his composure and snaps. A situation escalates with a young kid, and he ends up slapping him in the face. The kid is the son of an angry, wealthy and well-connected man, who lives in the same building. What happens after, takes us on a journey under the skin of both men.
