A film crew from a small video production company arrives at an abandoned factory in a remote suburb. Although it is a low-budget movie, it was filmed in a large abandoned factory with a creepy atmosphere. Harawata Man was sleeping. After waking up from his sleep, Harawata Man succumbs the film crew one by one to the insane bloodbath.

A group of friends come to the forest to create memories of their last summer together in college. Suddenly, a scream echoes through the forest. With the sound of fearful footsteps creeping up on them.

The city of Fukuyama is celebrating the 400th anniversary of the construction of Fukuyama Castle. Shigeo Takahashi (played by Shigeo Ôsako), a director of a video production company, comes from Tokyo to closely interview the mayor of Fukuyama City.
