Years after immigrating to the United States, Matt (Gabriel Berm) grapples with the notion of family. A call from his sister, Callie (Callie Morken), becomes the catalyst for a realization: he learns that family transcends borders and manifests in varied forms. The deepest connections endure physical separation, teaching Matt that what truly matters is the unbreakable bond they share, echoing louder than any distance.

Samuel is a soon-to be young priest, while visiting his distant family in the countryside and as he seeks to define his faith, will face his bond with the past and the dark side of nature.

Norma's mother just died, leaving her alone and stranded in their small and isolated house in the mountains. Not knowing what do with her corpse, she ignores the situation childishly. When a neighbor finds out, she escapes and embarks on a journey following the tracks of her unknown father. But does he really exist? Or is the journey all part of a psychotic delusion?

She wakes up slowly, confused between the caress of her husband and the sound of the radio. A moment later she gets up, tidies up the house, takes a bath, has breakfast, and leaves for work. In the afternoon she returns, prepares dinner and wakes up her husband. He helps her with some chores, takes a bath, eats and goes out to work. The story is too common. Like them, thousands of couples cross and estrange away, day after day.

San José of Costa Rica, beginning of the XXI century. A man with the appearance of an office worker travels alone in a train car. He accompanies his loneliness with an old tie until a woman in a yellow dress sits in front of him. Then a game full of curiosity, of small and unexpected disagreements, of closeness and silences begins between the two.
