A newly born bird is excited to explore the world. On its adventure, it finds others on its way, but doesn't understand a word of what is asked of it. As they explain, both the bird as well as the viewer begin to understand more of the language and by the end have learned a few words of Toki Pona.

Two radish journalists run around in a garden and ask the other vegetables about how they feel about being picked by humans and what this means to them. At the end of the work day the radishes get picked and they themselves have to reflect on what being picked means to them.
