In the midst of COVID quarantine, a couple pretends to get married at home. A door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman suffers the wrath of an exuberant and inhospitable widow. On Valentine's Day, a tight-fisted boy gives his girlfriend an unexpected gift. An unemployed man who still lives with his mother gets into trouble. Before going on vacation, an elderly lady delivers a special object to her neighbor, a lonely middle-aged man with no family.

The collective Amanda Flor returns with a history of intolerance and revenge, which will unleash a real street war. The film is set in the increasingly degraded suburbs of Rome.
