On the eve of the big concert "Hands up!" an attempt is made on the lead singer of the legendary band Sergei Zhukov. He manages to avoid a bullet, but what if this is not a miracle, but a cold calculation, and the purpose of the shooter is to intimidate the artist?

Thirty years after the story of the band Ruki Vverkh! began, Sergey Zhukov together with his children revisits memories of his youth: his first love, his first big dreams, friendship, family, and the journey to the stage.

A gifted 12-year-old pianist from a backwater village gets a chance to audition for a talent show and go to Moscow, but the prospect brings nothing but pain to his father, the boy's only relative.
