When the city of Kampen is threatened by terrorists, special agent Jos, from the division Code Kampen, is activated to eliminate them. Inhabitants of the city with special skills help him with his mission.

During the Christmas season of 2022, the city of Kampen is threatened by 2 magicians from the distant past, who spread a horrible cold through the city center. Historian Theo van Mierlo and his friend Jos try to find out why all this is happening. That turns out to be a dangerous mission.
