The young woman begins to live her new rich life while her neighbors change their behavior towards her and start treating her like a queen. Good fortune begins to show its face to the bride but will things stay that way or will her happiness be turned upside down?

In a comedic twist of fate, reunited quadruplets face a race against time and their internal conflicts when one of them requires a life-saving liver transplant.
