A young woman, Chloe, is hospitalized during an intense psychotic episode. Plagued with hours-long, hyper-realistic dreams, both Chloe and those around her struggle to cope with their lives.

Phillip, a suicidal man with treatment-resistant depression, decides to visit two men before he kills himself: Dr. James, a well-meaning but uninvolved psychiatrist, and Jesus, an enigmatic local drug dealer.
