Moritaka Mashiro doesn't want to follow in the path of his uncle who worked as a manga artist, but ultimately died because of exhaustion. Moritaka Mashiro figures he will graduate from school and work at an office. Things change though when falls in love with a girl at school. The girl, who hopes to become a voice actress, tells Moritaka they can marry, but only after they both achieve their dreams. Moritaka then teams up with fellow classmate Akito Takagi to publish their first manga.

The film follows Nanba, a shunned outcast who doesn’t have a girlfriend, any money or prospects, a turnaround from his glory days in high school when he played on the baseball team; his former teammate Ishioka, who is now a policeman because of an elbow injury; and baseball fanatic Eiko, a hopeless alcoholic who spends more of her time drunk than sober. The three share an intense love of baseball — and their destinies are forever intertwined.

Shiwasu's mother left their home when Shiwasu was a little girl. Shiwasu does not understand why. She is a woman now and working at a Shinto shrine as a shrine maiden under her father who is a priest. She is listless until she finds a little boy alone on the shrine's grounds. The boy's mother shows up and retrieves her son a couple of days later. That is not the end of it however. The boy is back soon and has marks and bruises on his body. In the meantime, there was petty theft going on.

In the year 2032, the legendary idol unit "7th Sisters" suddenly retired from the industry and disappeared. That was the end of the idol industry... until two years later, when a young glory-seeking employee is appointed to be the leader of Tokyo's next generation idol studio, "777 (Three Seven)," commonly referred to as Nanastar. However, the city continues to believe that idols are a thing of the past, and Nanastar is no exception. Their slump continues, but one day a mysterious and beautiful female manager approaches you and says, "If the idols of the past are gone, we'll just have to make new idols! True "sisters" linked by powerful bonds!" The story of the idols of the future, the Nanastar Sisters, will now unfold.

The story takes place in the year 2034, two years after the events in Ghost in the Shell: S.A.C. 2nd GIG. Female cyborg Major Motoko Kusanagi has left Public Security Section 9, an elite counter-terrorist and anti-crime unit specializing in cyber-warfare, which has expanded to a team of 20 field operatives with Togusa acting as the field lead.

SAKANAQUARIUM ADAPT ONLINE is a live concert experience from Japanese rock band sakanaction, created specifically to showcase concepts and feelings they have had to cope with and embrace over the course of the pandemic. Past hit songs like アイデンティティ ("Identity"), 『バッハの旋律を夜に聴いたせいです。』("Bach no Senritsu o Yoru ni Kiita Sei Desu"), and 新宝島 ("Shin Takarajima") are performed, along with new songs such as 月の椀 ("Tsuki no Wan"), プラトー ("Plateau"), and ショック！("SHOCK!").

SAKANAQUARIUM 2024 "turn" arena tour held by sakanaction from April 20 (Sat) to July 10 (Wed), 2024, and the tour final, the Pia Arena MM performance, has been made into a video work. The arena tour was the first tour by SAKANAQUARIUM in about two years, after a hiatus due to Ichiro Yamaguchi's (Vo/G) health problems, with a total of 15 performances in 8 cities across Japan. Each venue was filled with the audience who had been eagerly awaiting the band's return. The tour was a crossover of the band's impressive performance, a variety of songs, and elaborate stage production, and truly marked the "complete revival" of sakanaction. Yusuke Tanaka, who served as the overall director of the tour, was in charge of everything from video direction to product design for this video production. The concept of the live performance is literally projected onto the product.
