A couple of teenage factory workers spend their afternoons consuming chemical substances in a self-constructed shack. The ecstatic trips and the visions they experiment make them forget for a moment about their noisy industrial city life. But when Alexandra disappears right before his eyes, Lucas must deal with a corrupted system. His visions decay, just like the monster that imprisons them.

La Güera, a young rapper from Mexico City, struggles with her ability to rap after a heartbreak. Despite attending freestyle sessions with friends, she struggles to regain her lyrical prowess. Seeking solace, she turns to a forest-dwelling shamanic friend for unconventional healing. Through a transformative encounter with forest crickets, she confronts her pain and emerges with newfound liberation.

Chucho is taken care of by his mother Alma for a few days, during which they will grow closer.

As long as Celso lives, he will be a musician, but his music will be born from horror. This deal grants him power but also fear of losing it, as he sings of pain and betrayal. The horror becomes his fate, while cumbia resonates in the neighbourhood, and God and the Devil dance with him.
