A documentary about cinema censorship during the dictatorship in Greece (1967- 1974), based on never-before-seen state archives. The film includes clips of films which were either censored or banned, newsreels of that era, interviews with famous directors and also secret documents from the reports of the Censorship Committee that are made public for the first time, portraying a revealing picture of the system’s control mechanisms and providing a fresco of that time.

This film is a critique of the patriarchal construction of history. We observe this history being deconstructed and reconstructed through human bodies, which, coexisting with the poetry of the queer woman poet Sappho, in the place where she is believed to have grown up and written, Eresos Lesvos, try to reconstruct a collective memory based on the freedom of their bodies and their environment. As the sunlight spreads across space until it sets, there is a passage from one spatio-temporal point in history to another, from the sound of cicadas to the sound of machines and then to hope.

The Erotokritos is a narrative poem composed by Vitsentzos Kornaros in early 17th century Crete. It consists of 10,012 fifteen-syllable rhymed verses, the last twelve of which refer to the poet himself. It is written in the Cretan dialect of the Greek language. Its central theme is the love story between Erotokritos and Aretousa. Around this theme, revolve other themes such as honour, friendship, bravery and courage. In this adaptation, colorful shadow puppets are deployed.

A city, three streams, its overlooked urban green and the water that never stops running

The settlement of Dendropotamos, the gypsy settlement, is located to the west of Thessaloniki, on the outskirts of the city. It is surrounded by expressways, flyovers, the train tracks, the KTEL station, the abandoned camps. All "invisible" and degraded, the city's largest river underground, the lives of the residents and the environment together. Every day, thousands of cars pass over the torrent ignoring it. Despite the adversities, in the ghetto of Dendropotamos, the Lighthouse of the World (Minor Protection Center), the Second Chance School, the Women's Association of Dendropotamos, proud people resist and hope for a better future.
