The world of the supernatural meets the wild west when a small group of solders enter Apache county to find their missing comrade. Quickly, they discover something is terribly wrong as the very land itself appears to have turned against them. As they face demons of both man and myth, it's going to take all they have to survive.

Joel reluctantly returns to his childhood home to help his mother Monika, who has suffered a severe stroke and was clinically dead for minutes. Monika is unrecognizable and Joel becomes convinced that something has followed her back from the other side.
