Film adaptation of the Keigo Tanaka's manga.

Tatsuo Hara (Ryosuke Yabe) arrives at Hailaku High School, a hangout for dropouts. He immediately wins the position of the first-year gang leader, but ends up making enemies with the third-year gang leader Ando (Gunji Masato) and the Ishin-gumi, who control the town!

Mina, a girl truck driver, accepts to drive a singer to his hometown in Shimokita, to be reunited with the wife and daughter he abandoned a long time ago.

Saginuma moves into an old apartment, dreaming of success as a sculptor. However, there is an unusual atmosphere among the residents, and they stubbornly try to maintain order. And then, there is an eerie sound that can be heard.
