Behind the facade of a beautiful urban home, a combination of complacency and bad investments has left power couple Ben and Gail disconnected, resentful and just about broke. When the cash-strapped yuppies fire their teen-aged daughter's lesbian Mexican nanny, Margarita, they set off a chain of events that lead to her deportation.

Chloe and Jack travel to Miami for their honeymoon. Amidst the flashy neon and sunny beaches, they decide that a peyote experience will strengthen their marriage. Unbeknownst to them, they've been given a rare and powerful strand that sends them on a psychedelic exploration of love, lust, and carnal desire.

A couple entering their next stage of life decide to try peyote together in the hopes of rebuilding the bond they had when they were first married...
