A Vietnam war veteran writes a series of articles about his war experiences for a local newspaper. As he does so, another veteran, drawn by the articles, begins randomly appearing in his life.

Kang Dae-woong, a descendant of a fallen family of four generations, is in danger of overturning his sins through the conspiracy of the richest man, but escapes the crisis with the help of Kim Dae-gam, a former leader of Lee Jo.

A mixed group of prisoners in a concentration camp in North Korea struggle for survival and dignity as best the can, enduring the cruelty of the guards and of their fellow inmates.
