A renowned art forger is trying to finish his version of a Lichtenstein painting but he can’t find any peace. He is visited by his mother a once famous actress of the Nouvelle Vague, her former husband a destroyed auteur, a greedy art dealer, and his ex lover a down and out junkie.

A young female writer whose father was a militant activist struggles to come to terms with this cumbersome legacy.
