Deep in the heart of Autodale lives their Mayor. As old as the town itself, a once great inventor, now a gangly and decaying but undying thing which the townsfolk have long forgotten, but continue to echo his machine-obsessed beliefs.

Hello, citizens of Autodale! You are pretty. Your neighbours, friends and family are also pretty. But sadly, not everyone is pretty. Some are ugly… We, here at Autodale, do not want “uglies”.

The film is set 66 million years ago in Late Cretaceous North America and covers the dramatic extinction event that wiped out the non-avian dinosaurs.

An Arctic Saurian named Helionyx tries to survive the winter. After the death of his son, this nomadic hunter starts to question everything he's ever known. The very wilds he reveres and is sworn to defend has taken the last thing he had in the world.

Autodale's detective presence 'Friendly Shadow' makes an effort to keep the monsters lurking outside from entering the city, one such attack however gets very gruesome very fast.

Welcome back to Autodale, children. Today’s programming is nearly done, which means it is time for bed. But sadly, not all dreams are sweet, some are scary and full of monsters. If any night terrors haunt your sleep, children; always remember that you’re safe in Autodale. There are no monsters here. This film is a sequel to animated short “Being Pretty”.

This is the first short film in my "Dinosauria Animated Series". This film takes place in Alberta, Canada 75 million years ago and follows an old alpha-male styracosaurus as he defends his territory from a rival male.
