Third chapter of the Comic saga, with Paolo Villaggio and Renato Pozzetto. Four different gags. From two electricians who combine all kinds of things during a theatrical performance, to competing for the attention of a beautiful girl during a campsite, to hired bodyguards of a judge threatened by the mafia, and finally as the adoptive parents of a newborn found outside the door of the house.

During the 1994 general elections, a mechanic with a firm belief in communism, fearing that his party is about to lose, journeys to a northern village to instigate. He isn't there long before he encounters a beautiful hairdresser, with whom their debate is fiery as is his growing and impossible-to-hide passion for her. Although she too is intrigued with him, their disparate ideologies threaten to keep them apart.

1965, a train with a variety of passengers is heading north when it makes an unexpected stop. On the other track, heading south, a train passes with the same passengers 20 years later.

Francesco is a Tuscan who is very good at playing American pool, so much so that he is nicknamed "Mr. Quindicipalle", for the time he performed the unlikely feat of pocketing fifteen (quindici) balls (palle) in one shot, using the wooden handle of a broom as his cue stick. Francesco is also an experienced womanizer, like his recently deceased father. Indeed, Francesco meets the woman of his dreams at his father's funeral – a prostitute who calls herself Sissi. The two fall in love, and so Francesco thinks she might be a lucky charm for him, in his training for a big pool tournament. But Sissi frequently infuriates Francesco, compromising his skill and his training for the tournament.
