This Is Gaza poster
Movie

'This is Gaza’ follows the emotional journey of Palestinian filmmaker Yousef Hammash. As Israel carried out an unprecedented assault on the territory, following the fatal Hamas attacks on October 7, Yousef reported from the warzone amidst the military and humanitarian crisis. The film offers a devastating portrait of life and survival – before, during, and after the seismic events of October 7th – told through the eyes of Yousef. Watching back his footage, he charts his family’s displacement and the heartbreaking decision to leave his home as he travels south to Rafah and eventually to London, where he continues to report on the situation in Gaza.
