On December 10, 2009, the second memory-sharing campaign from the series Cross-border memory-gathering campaigns: Ordinacija spomina / Corsia dei ricordi was organized in the house of the former border crossing between Nova Gorica and Gorizia. Citizens of both cities were invited to select a few photos taken in this border area from their home albums and share their memories of a frozen moment.

The War of the Words or the Respectful Silence? is a commissioned film made for an educational program in schools. Through this program, children rediscover their own history, the history of their territory and apply this knowledge to the future.

A forgotten historic page from the 20th century; a page on Italian concentration camps and on inhabitants from Slovenian and Croatian villages who were interned, thousands of them died of starvation. The documentary tells the unpublished story of a group of children who survived one of those camps.

In her autumn years, a woman reminisces about the fateful year of 1947, when the newly drawn border between Italy and Yugoslavia cut through the region of Gorizia; this was also the year when she found love. Hers is a peculiar tale with a tinge of the surreal, as well as a family drama shaped by real events.

In a border village clad in endless shades of autumn leaves, solitary lives are emerging where reality and imagination meet, seeking redemption that perhaps is only attainable together. Miren is one of the contemporary globalised outlands that the capitals are finding increasingly difficult to comprehend.
