A history of surrounding the context of the September 30 1965 and the various political and social changes in Indonesian society after that. The film features the voices of the community that during the New Order period silenced. Those who for more than thirty years of those who do not have connections and relationships in the events of 1965 are victims and victimized.

This documentary presents fragments of the experiences of artists and historians, focusing on the arrests and repression of artists accused of affiliating with the Indonesian Communist Party (PKI) in the aftermath of 1965. Through an intimate and deeply personal mode of storytelling, the film remains closely connected to its subjects while illuminating the broader historical events that shaped the lives and experiences of its interviewees.
