Among the residents of the boarding house on Fredhvilevej are Børge Blom, a civil servant, the feisty Nelly Smith, and taxi driver Ib Nielsen. Because their house is to be demolished to make way for a parking lot, they are given 14 days' notice to vacate. Good advice is now hard to come by, and after a fruitless visit to the Ministry of Housing, they agree to resort to unconventional methods—they occupy Louisenborg Castle! Upon arriving at the castle with their belongings, confusion reigns supreme—there is moving chaos, a visit from an Arab prince, plenty of drinks, and love in the corners.

Denmark, 1967. In the midst of a cultural renaissance, all cultured people want to support Danish cinema, especially when it receives funding from the film fund to shoot scenes on location in a bank. The respectable bankers naturally agree to play extras in their own bank and be a little cultured for just one evening. No one suspects that the film's script is the work of "Grosserer Nielsen" from Vesterport, alias "Smukke Arne." No one suspects why "Karate Smutti" is having a field day teaching physical exercises. No one suspects why little Mrs. Jensen in the attic across from Aktiebanken has two nice lodgers. No one knows why Rosa—Dad's own pet—is fussing over her window boxes in the porch. WHO relieved Aktiebanken of 2 million stray dollars is a mystery—except to Judge Vinter. But Handsome Arne and Rose are enjoying an expensive and wonderful vacation—far, far, far away from Denmark.

The film depicts a series of events that take place in a Copenhagen apartment building while the gate is closed, specifically between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., and we encounter a number of human destinies, happy and unhappy, just as in real life.

A young, beautiful girl arrives at Krogerød Kro on Mols and shocks the innkeeper by telling him that he is her father. At the same time, the inn is about to lose its liquor license, threatening its very existence. The innkeeper tells the girl that both he and his friend from his military days have paid child support to her, as no one knew which of them was her real father.

Lieutenants Adam and Ditlev dream of being accepted into the Guard Hussar Regiment, and Captain von Rabenberg puts the two rivals to the test.

To get a job in a female trio, Per Fagernæs dresses up in women's clothing and calls himself Martha. Together with his "boyfriend" Poul, the four of them travel to the countryside. Martha immediately gets an admirer, which she is not particularly happy about. Martha is drawn into the women's movement by the mayor's wife, and at a women's rights meeting she is nominated as a candidate for parliament. Later, she is elected, beating the mayor of the town by one vote. Meanwhile, both Martha and Poul are having problems with love, as they have both fallen in love with two real women from the trio. But how do you declare your love when you are engaged to Martha, and how do you get rid of Martha?

Once upon a time, large, beautiful seaside hotels adorned the coast of Øresund – from Bellevue Strandhotel in the south to Hornbæk Badehotel in the north. While the film's director, Stig Lommer, was director of the Hornbæk revues, he was a frequent guest at the bars in these hotels. He loved the glamorous life in this setting and asked Arvid Müller to write a light-hearted "Sommer-Lommer-Spøg" (Summer Joke) about the "deeds of the night" at a seaside hotel. The now defunct Beaulieu (north of Taarbæk) and Marienlyst (in Helsingør) form the backdrop for bandleader Hans Herbert and his pursuit of summer guest Mrs. Winter. This drives the exchange broker to a spontaneous suicide attempt in the middle of a mannequin show. However, he is saved by Mrs. Holgersen, who believes it is for her sake, so she blossoms completely. So much so that she is completely unrecognizable to the manufacturer when he arrives at the hotel.

The two leading actors form a team traveling round performing as a professional dancing couple who has difficulty making ends meet. Ebbe Rode is the dreamer and Bodil Kjer the down to earth realist. Bodil Kjer expands her image to encompass the disillusioned woman reflecting the hard life she has gone through. Ebbe Rodes disappointed optimism turn into violence with dramatic consequences.

Petty crook “Viffer” Hansen pulls off a daring $10 million swindle selling Copenhagen’s Rundetårn to an oil sheikh, then substitutes the loot with expertly forged bills thanks to his counterfeit friend Valde. Hounded by both the mob’s Don Luigi, who promised Viffer the hand of his shrill-voiced daughter Elvira as reward, and the betrayed sheikh’s thuggish enforcer Olfert, Viffer adopts a new disguise, suffers amnesia in a madhouse, and narrowly escapes to face the final showdown when Luigi and Elvira arrive in Denmark to collect on his broken promise.

One summer evening, two young people meet at the strait. He is Poul and she is Anna. They try to find their rhythm, but it doesn't really work out. In the middle of their experiment, a man appears, Karl. He is suffering from unhappy love and wants to drown himself. Anna and Poul part on bad terms. Poul prevents Karl from carrying out his plan and suggests he try the harbor next time. His unhappy love is named Lykke. She is a dancer at the "Go Go Happy Night" disco, owned by the tough Steffensen.

The estate Hjortholm is rescued from bankruptcy, as the pleasant doctor Christian Riis fetches the young engineer Erik Kongsted to the estate.

A space expedition to Uranus is menaced by a giant brain that can make illusions come true.

A group of residents in the Copenhagen suburb of Solvænget decide to buy a farm in order to become self-sufficient in vegetables and other goodies. Unfortunately, farm life turns out to be much more strenuous and difficult than the small group of city dwellers had imagined.

A film depicting youth in the 1930s. Peter Hasvig is captivated by upper-class girl Vera Bagge. At the same time, he breaks up with his girlfriend Ellen. During a trip to Sweden, things don't go quite as Peter would like, as Vera shows more interest in the festive Leslie. Is it too late to get Ellen back? Oh well, it wasn't easy being young in the 1930s either.

Honor, morality and the "right" outlook on life are paramount. And these concepts were by no means something to be made fun of, which can be somewhat annoying when you remember that this film is based on the English play "Bank Holiday", which took a good English fart on virtues and morality. Inger Holst is a nursing student who, at a party, meets the unreal Jørgen Frandsen, who invites her to a "festive night" one weekend at a hotel in Tisvilde. However, a tragic incident occurs at the hospital where she works. The incident involves the young widower, engineer Berg, whom she has come to know as a fine, real and sympathetic person. Inger's compassion makes her offer to give up her weekend trip and stay with him.

This festive comedy has a theme song that was incredibly popular in its day – but which is missing a verse! The penultimate verse ends as follows: "...there were 39 sailors and one girl, and that's why the censors deleted the last verse." In 1965, it was new and very daring for a girl to go to sea in the merchant navy. But fortunately, Peer Guldbrandsen and director Annelise Reenberg saw that girls also had a future at sea when they wrote the film's screenplay based on Else Boyes' best-selling novel. The moral frown is replaced by a big smile when the pretty radio operator, Else, boards the M/S Warrigal, owned by the magnificent shipowner, Wilhelmine Jacobsen. The trip from Brønshøj to Bangkok – and back – becomes as festive as an archetypal Danish male society can manage when a pretty girl destroys their age-old traditions.

Hans Høj is the director of Music-Boxen. He also has an uncle, Uncle Bill. Uncle Bill is the super-duper CEO of the Music-Boxen group, which is based in New York, and Hans is the director of the Danish branch because Hans is Bill's nephew. That's right! Hans also has a lovely wife, Susanne, whom he has loved for three months, argued with for three months, and who has therefore moved away from him—every day—for three months. That's right! Susanna has a sweet and understanding mother, Helga. Uncle Bill has a sweet and uncomprehending daughter, Kate. Finally, there is the sweet, talented, and understanding head of the Danish branch of Music-Box, Johnny.

Two rival young men both desire the merchant's pretty daughter, a bad young man robs the merchant's safe and blames it on "mother-in-law's dream", a worldly-wise grandmother directs the battle of love from her living room, and a couple of silly railway workers spread song and joy.

Director Paul Borg (Ebbe Langberg) neglects his young, beautiful wife Marianne (Ghita Nørby). He even forget their wedding day, in favor of a new fast sports car, a beautiful silver-gray Jaguar. During his drive, he runs out of gas. A young lady Laura Lublinski (Hanne Borchsenius), helps him and he takes an innocent flirtation with her. When Marianne learns this, she moves home and dump into an artist community with Jenny (Bodil Steen), Ovengaden of water 52 in Christianshavn. Here she takes the unrepentant Don Juan, Mario (Dario Campeotto) and the guitar-playing Eigil (Dirch compatible).

A socially realistic film about a fifteen-year-old girl and her problems with love. Judith comes from a working-class home and does not want to continue her education. After having a relationship with a man twenty years her senior, she meets seventeen-year-old rock musician Willy, with whom she becomes pregnant. Willy does not really interest her, and she has an illegal abortion.
