Old friends meet in an isolated house tucked away in a remote Sardinian valley. Defeated by their own lives, the men travel through their memories and escape the present moment by taking refuge in the past. As the present offers them no way forward, their only way out is through alcohol and drugs.

The personal travel diary of a naive dreamer in search of an ancient tale told by a scoundrel. A roaming through ancient India, as time passes, will bring the observer's eye to confuse the illusion of false truth with the awareness of a lie that is truer than truth. The discovery of a tribe of fairy-tale children, the Ananda, that appear and disappear along a road dense with magic and primitive superstition will lead to the search of a lost dream.

This is the story of an eternal childhood from which springs the shape and meaning of all to come. Where are you? Where am I? Why are we here? How did everything change, and we never noticed? Time has passed, and no one will come again to shout outside my window. And in this darkness that seems to surround everything, we realize the slightest sign would have been enough: a gesture, a song, a word, a kiss, one’s presence. It would have been simple, if our goodwill had become doing good.

A day where the void, superstition, anguish and fear will have the confirmation that a man without quality was looking for, for a long time.
