Being part of the 2013 anti government protests in Bulgaria the talented Pr creator Boyden confronts a choice- to help nursing his dying demented grandfather or fight for his unjustly lost job. He goes back in his communism infested home to understand that to help the old man he has to fight his alcohol dependence first. On the way of bringing his life back together Boyden has to make another choice.

As their relationship grows, Lucette's obsession for ventriloquism and her dummy Hugo starts to strain her relationship with Jace. To Lucette Hugo is more than just a dummy, he's her best friend and represents her ambition as an artist, to her, he's very much real. But to Jace Hugo is just a puppet, or is he?

Two strangers, Blair and Tommy, are navigating their way across a barren landscape in a desperate attempt to find each other. With their only form of communication being two soon-to-die battery operated radio mics and with a new evil in the shape of 'The Forsaken' tracking them down, they must learn to confront loss and rediscover a trust in humanity.
